Welcome to the Bristol Sausage Shop, home of quality, delicious, gourmet sausages that capture the true art of the sausage maker's skills. With 20 varieties on offer at any one time, there is something for everyone.
The pork used in our sausages (only prime cuts) is sourced from a local, free-range farm and then carefully blended with the freshest herbs and spices to create a wonderful taste. 
We are pleased to offer a luxury sausage luncheon - be it a super sausage sandwich (at least four choices daily including organic pork and buffalo), or our ultimate sausage and mash - featuring posh gravy and mash of the day - we offer bizarrely good value. Pay a visit and join our ever-growing fan club. One press review claimed our mash "must be made by angels because it tastes like a little bit of heaven". Praise indeed!
